Data Deletion Instructions

If you have interacted with Zenix Digital Media or a Zenix-configured business messaging experience and would like personal information under our control deleted, you may submit a deletion request.

How to request deletion

Email info@zenixdigitalmedia.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.

Please include enough information for us to locate the relevant record, such as:

• Your name.
• The phone number or email address used to contact us or the business.
• The name of the business or service involved, if applicable.
• A short statement requesting deletion of your personal data.

What happens next

We may need to verify your identity before deleting information. Once verified, we will delete or de-identify personal information under our control unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting or other legitimate obligations.

Third-party platforms

Information processed by third-party platforms such as Meta/WhatsApp or other service providers may also be subject to those providers’ retention and deletion practices. Where appropriate, we will direct you to the relevant provider or take available steps within our control.
